Such a wonderful experience. Gavin made the whole process of trading in our car and buying our new car such a joy. Second car I've bought from them. Excellent price. They took the car off the market when I showed interest to give me time to come and have a test drive. Had a complete set of new tyres fitted without me even asking. Wish I could only deal with people like them in all other areas of my life. It's like they've decided that ethical business practices will bring them return customers or something. They certainly got me and got me good. I won't feel comfortable buying a car from anybody else now and I would recommend anybody who asks to do the same. Hmm. Bit too glowing of a review to sound realistic. Anyways. Not gonna retype it now. Sorry Gav.

I have bought many vehicles in the past. And one thing I have learnt is salesmen can't be trusted. But then you have Gavin from Springwood Motor World. Him and his wife were so welcoming, honest, cheerful and such a pleasure to deal with. Gavin is an extremely fair negotiator and not pushy at all to sell you anything. He is a true gentleman and was easy to have a good old chat and laugh with. I highly recommend seeing Gavin anytime you're looking for a car. I have also never seen a car yard with so many cars that are In such great condition. I have already told Gavin next time I am looking for a car or someone asks me, I'll be sending them straight to him. The 170klm round trip to see him was well worth it.
